Weds.9th May The mid-week men went to Harpenden BC to play in the St.Albans & District League.
Score overall 60-49. Hatfield 50 points Harpenden 30 points. 2 rinks won by each side but Hatfield won on shots overall.
Very wet conditions but enjoyed by all.Top rink.T.Calvert-J Morrison-K Hull-M Woodhams. 22-7 shots.

Saturday 12th Away game at Broomfield BC-Sun at last !!! great game but sadly a loss by 70-115 shots.
Top rink for Hatfield.G Polley-A Bennett-K Monk-R Edwards 20-19 shots.

Sunday 13th Home v Hertford Castle.great friendly game in sunshine at last !! lost by 110-118 shots
Top rink for Hatfield K Albrecht-R.Taberer-M Hedger-Jackie Bell by 24-10 shots.

Hatfield Bowls Club offers the opportunity to play bowls the whole-year-round. The excellent six rink outdoor green,
one of the best in Hertfordshire, is complimented by a four rink indoor green.
The Lounge has a well-stocked bar and convivial surroundings to relax after a game of bowls or to attend a range of social events.
